These Terms of Use apply when you access or use Toolmivo at toolmivo.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Toolmivo.
2. What Toolmivo provides
Toolmivo provides free online utilities for tasks such as working with QR codes, barcodes, images, PDFs, text, developer data and security-related utilities. Features may be added, changed, restricted or removed over time.
Some tools may process content locally in your browser, while others may require server-side or third-party processing. Where this distinction matters, the relevant tool page should explain it.
3. Your responsibility for inputs and results
You are responsible for the information, files and instructions you provide to a tool and for deciding whether the resulting output is suitable for your intended use.
- Check important outputs before relying on them.
- Test QR codes and barcodes before printing or distributing them in quantity.
- Keep backups of important files.
- Do not enter confidential or regulated information into a tool unless you have confirmed that the tool is appropriate for that use.
- For official identifiers, legal documents, security decisions or professional work, verify applicable external requirements yourself.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Toolmivo to:
- break the law or help another person break the law;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- upload, create or distribute malware or malicious code;
- attack, probe, overload, bypass or interfere with Toolmivo's security or infrastructure;
- use automated requests at a volume that unreasonably degrades the service;
- misrepresent Toolmivo outputs as official certification where they are not;
- attempt to access non-public systems, data or administration areas without permission.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content that you lawfully own. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to use any content you submit or process.
Where a tool operates entirely in your browser, Toolmivo does not need ownership of that content. Where content must be transmitted to provide a feature, you grant the limited permission necessary to operate that feature.
6. Toolmivo content and intellectual property
The Toolmivo name, branding, website design, original text, original code and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party libraries, fonts, icons or components remain subject to their own licences.
You may use Toolmivo's normal public features for their intended purpose. These terms do not grant you a right to copy or republish substantial parts of the website, source code or branding except where a separate open-source licence expressly allows it.
7. Third-party services, ads and links
Toolmivo may contain third-party links, advertisements, affiliate links, libraries or services. We do not control every third-party website or service and are not responsible for its content, availability or separate terms and privacy practices.
A commercial or affiliate relationship may result in Toolmivo receiving compensation when you follow or use an eligible link, without necessarily increasing the price you pay.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Toolmivo useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical problems, security events, provider failures or other circumstances may temporarily affect a tool or the website.
We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, legal or product reasons.

Toolmivo is a general utility service. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, its outputs are not legal, financial, medical, tax, engineering or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolmivo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every output will be error-free, suitable for every purpose, compatible with every device, or accepted by a particular third-party system.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolmivo will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on Toolmivo, including loss caused by an unverified generated output.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights that apply to you in your country of residence.
